Kats & Jammers

"Kats & Jammers"
Previously known as "Kathy & the 3 Jims", The Cumberland Furnace Cow Patty Festival 2011 was one of the shows you might enjoy seeing a clip from (Courtesy of The Dickson Herald). (Those are REAL cow patties. It was another hot day(over 100 degrees), but we had a lot of fun!!!)
Participating musicians are:
Jimmy Edwards on drums, (passed away from cancer)
                                         Jim Hotchkiss on bass/vocal,
                                         Jim McCulla on lead guitar/vocal,
                                         Kathy Humphrey on rhythm guitar/vocal.

After Jimmy passed away, we changed our name to Kats & Jammers. (We miss you Jimmy)
The following day after his dad called to tell me he had passed away, I wrote a song for Jimmy called 'Heavenly Dreams', which his family had us play at his funeral (3 times!). Maybe I'll play it for you sometime. It's a happy song.

The show that you see below includes our new drummer 'Randy Faulkner' and extra lead guitar 'Doug Eagleson', (Who continued to play with us until he had a stroke).
                                                            Just for Fun!!
Kats & Jammers (one of many shows)

                     Participating musicians are:
                                                               Randy Faulkner on drums
                                                               Jim Hotchkiss on bass/vocal
Jim McCulla on lead guitar, harmonica/vocal
                                                               Kathy Humphrey on rhythm guitar/vocal
Doug Eagleson on lead guitar/vocal (He had a stroke later and                                                                                           was not able to return for almost 2 years)

Recently, we lost Jim McCulla to a stroke and he never regained                                                           consciousness. (We love & miss you, Jim.) At that time, Doug decided he                                           was ready to return and help us out. He's alittle nervous, but he'll do fine.
